Privacy

Privacy and enquiry information.

This page explains what the website forms are designed to collect and what visitors should leave out. It is an MVP information page and should be reviewed with the client’s final privacy notice before launch.

Two people sharing a supportive conversation

A simple principle

Only share what helps the team respond.

The website should make it easy to start a conversation without asking people to disclose more than is necessary.

Keep sensitive information out of standard forms.
01

What the forms collect

Website forms collect the contact details, enquiry information, preferences and consent needed for St Alex to respond to an enquiry, visit request or job application.

02

What not to include

Please do not submit confidential medical records, detailed clinical information, passwords, financial information or other sensitive personal information through standard website forms.

03

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are delivered through the configured server-side email adapter. Local development uses console delivery; production can use the configured SMTP service.

04

How to ask a question

For questions about privacy or data handling, contact [email protected]. The client should confirm and publish its final privacy notice before launch.

Before submitting

A short message is enough.
