Purpose
Provide and maintain a high quality of care and support, offering the individual the opportunity to develop physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Support individuals to attain personal independence, choice and responsibility through individual person-centred approaches.

Support people to access opportunities and experiences at home and in the wider community
